In order to find properties on the Real Monopoly site you will have to use one of the search facilities provided, please refer to the Search Help for more information on this subject. Assuming you feel confident with searching and have found a property you like you can view more pictures and details by clicking the “view property” link situated to the bottom left of each house advertisement. This will allow you to look at the house details, address, price and other key facts, as well as allowing you to view a map of the area, however in order to print off a brochure or gain access to seller contact details you must be logged in. In order to do this you must have registered for free.

It is important to register so that Real Monopoly can provide a better service and provide a level of security between the world wide public and our sellers. Registration is free, secure and couldn’t be easier. Simply click on register on the top right of every webpage or here. You will be presented with a simple form asking that you provide your name, contact details, a valid email address (as you must activate your account) and agree to our terms and conditions. Once this has been completed and you have activated your account, simply choose login from the same area you chose register and enter your details. This will present you with the “My Account” page.

Now that you have logged in, the login register option has changed to “My account” and “Logout” allowing you to return to this page if you need to and logout if you are on a shared computer. This page provides you with information on your account and our privacy policy/terms and conditions.

The first option in the account section allows you to view your properties and perform certain actions. By clicking on this you will be presented with a screen similar to the search results page, listing your properties. Click on view property as if you were looking at the house details and you will be able to edit house/room details and add pictures. Certain features are unable to be changed and you must contact technical support if you wish to make these changes, you may be asked to specify why these changes are to be made. You can also change the price and status of your property, it is your responsibility to manage your status and Real Monopoly will not be held responsible for any repeated offers made if you have not changed your status to sold stc, sold and/or removed your advertisement due to sale.

The most important option is the ability to place your house advertisement. This is done via one very simple form, you can specify contact details to be contacted on for offers as well as listing your property. From here you can also upload 3 pictures, one main and two extra pictures. Up to 10 pictures (Excluding the main picture) can be uploaded via the Account section.
Real Monopoly asks that you complete this form as accurately as possible and enter the correct details in the correct place, and can not be held responsible for any loss due to incorrect advertising or data misplacement.
You will then be taken to the room details screen where you can specify as many rooms as you like, 10 at a time. By entering all the details the it will look like an room specification however if you leave the dimensions blank then you can make either a header or paragraph, dependent on if you enter a description or not. Once the property has been added you will be taken to a payment screen, asking for you contact details, but not card details. Upon completion oft his form you will be forwarded to our secure partner Protx, who will take secure payment and bring you back to Real Monopoly on completion, if the payment is successful then the advert will be passed to the administration to be checked and authorised. If your payment is unsuccessful then your advert will still be saved and you can pay at a later date through the Account Section/Your Properties.

RealAlerts allow you to specify a type of property that you are interested in and will email you if a property is added that matches your interests. This section allows you to add and remove your RealAlerts.

A copy of the original registration form, this section allows you to up date your name, details and password.
