Sellers
If you advertise your property for sale on this website, only the details and contact information which YOU select will be published. When we collect personal information from you via this website we will tell you about the purposes for which we may use it. We will not disclose it to any other third party without your permission unless we are required to do so by law. Registered customers may from time to time receive newsletters giving useful tips as well as information about other services we may offer to sellers. If you do not wish to receive additional information about our services then please deselect this option when registering.
For us to process your order, we need to know your name, contact address and telephone number, email address and credit /debit card details (if appropriate - payment by cheque is also available). In addition, details of the address and description of the property for sale if differing from the contact address.
We never pass any of your information to third parties without first gaining your explicit consent. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly (please use the e-mail link below).

Buyers
There is no requirement to register or provide any personal information to use this website or access limited property or vendor details we publish. For full property and vendor details users of the services will need to register. Any information enquiry we receive direct concerning a specific property listing will be treated in confidence, although we will retain and forward the enquirer's details to the property vendor in question as a matter of record and security.
